Trac Representations (I) Pvt. Ltd.

We’re tucked away in Vasant Kunj in New Delhi. Trac Representations (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this area for a while now. The office is usually quite full of people typing away or talking on their headsets. Vasant Kunj is a bit of a nicer part of town, but our office is pretty standard. We’ve got the usual desks and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. Our day is mostly spent representing different travel interests and handling the logistics of that. There are a lot of emails to answer every single morning. We don’t really have a big storefront for people to walk into. It’s more of a place where we get the behind-the-scenes work done. The AC is always running because the Delhi sun hits the windows in the afternoon. We have some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy speeches or looking polished. We’re just a team of people trying to keep all the travel details straight for the companies we represent. Sometimes the phones all ring at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We just take it one call at a time. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page.
