Tours At Best

Tours At Best is located in the Parshavnath Arcade. We are at shop S-12, right near the Shipra Mall in Ghaziabad. It’s a good spot because people come to the mall and then wander over to see us. I’ve been sitting at this desk for a long time now. The arcade can get a bit chilly in the winter, so I usually keep a sweater on the back of my chair. We have posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the spots where the paint is peeling a bit. I spend my day looking at train schedules and flight prices. It’s not a big fancy travel agency. It’s just me and another person mostly. We have a landline phone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes the printer jams when I’m trying to give someone their itinerary, which is annoying. I like it when families come in to talk about their summer trips. We don't have a fancy website with bots. If you want to talk about a trip, you just sit on the blue plastic chairs across from me. Ghaziabad can be dusty, so I’m always dusting off the desk. We keep a bowl of candies for the kids who come in with their parents. It’s a small shop, but we’ve been here for a while and people in the neighborhood know us quite well now.
