Tourmartindia

We are over at C-307 in Defence Colony, which is a pretty quiet spot for most of the day. It is just a regular office where we handle travel stuff for people who walk in or call us up. New Delhi is always noisy, but this part of the colony stays a bit more decent than the main roads. We have been sitting at this desk for a good while now, looking at maps and booking tickets for folks who want to get out of the city for a bit. It’s not a fancy setup, just some computers and a few chairs for whoever stops by to chat. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get things done eventually. If you are around Defence Colony and looking for Tourmartindia, we are basically right there. Most people know the block. We spend a lot of time talking to airlines and trying to figure out schedules that actually work. It gets busy during the summer holidays, obviously. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but mostly it is just us working through the piles of paperwork. There isn't much to say other than we are a local team trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a decent living and we like the people who come in to visit. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background and the air conditioning hums along when the Delhi heat gets to be too much. It’s a good little spot.
