We’ve got our office on the third floor of B-152, which is in Gali No -2 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t even think about it anymore. New Delhi is a massive, noisy place, and West Vinod Nagar is a busy little pocket of it. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of travel brochures and maps lying around. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at our screens, trying to figure out the best routes and prices for people. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don’t have a big storefront on the ground floor with posters in the windows. Most people hear about us from their friends or family and then give us a call. We like the personal side of the business. Sometimes people come up to the third floor to sit down and talk through their plans, and we always try to give them the straight story. If a flight is likely to be delayed or a hotel isn't that great, we just tell them. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’ve been in this spot for years and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular, everyday job for us, helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble.
