Our small office is located at 189 / B in Arjun Nagar, New Delhi. It is not a very big place but we manage to get a lot of work done from here. We spend our time managing tours and travel details for people coming in and out of the city. The area around us is always full of life and noise, which is just part of living in Delhi. Inside, we have a few desks and some old shelves filled with files from years of trips we’ve put together. We don't have any fancy decorations or marketing posters plastered everywhere. We just have our maps and our notebooks where we scribble down itineraries. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls to hotels or drivers to make sure everything is ready for the guests. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car being late or a room not being ready, and we have to scramble to fix it. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The team here is small so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up invoices. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We just want to make sure people get where they are going without too much trouble. That's the main thing we do here.
