We are tucked away in East Azad Nagar at 164-A, right on Street No. 05 near Krishna Nagar. Tourism India Managements Enterprises Time Pvt. Ltd. is a long name, but we just call it the office. It’s a small place where we spend most of our hours looking at maps and talking to people on the phone about their travel plans. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the local shops. It’s a real Delhi neighborhood. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers and notebooks. We spend a lot of time trying to figure out bus timings or seeing if a hotel in another city has space left. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the phone lines act up, or we have to explain the same thing three times, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like the vibe of Krishna Nagar. It feels honest. We don't try to sell anyone on big dreams; we just give them the facts about their trips and book the tickets they need. It’s a practical business run by people who know the roads and the rails. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. If the office is a bit messy with brochures, it's just because we're busy.
