Tour&Travel

Being located in Munirka means there is never a dull day. Our shop, Tour&Travel, is right near JNU, so we see a lot of students and people always on the move. It’s a small space, mostly filled with old chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time answering the same questions over and over, but that’s just the nature of the work here. The area near JNU-67 is always buzzing with energy, even late into the evening. Traffic in Munirka is a nightmare sometimes, so getting to the office can be a struggle, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with fancy desks. It’s more about sitting down, checking the schedules, and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the printer jams right when someone needs their ticket, and we have to scramble to fix it. We know the local chai stalls and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a humble setup. We just handle travel stuff for whoever needs it, from short trips to longer ones. Working in this part of Delhi keeps you on your toes because people are always in a hurry. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just us in the office, trying to keep the bookings straight and the customers satisfied enough to come back next time. We take things as they come and try to get the jobs done.
