Touramit

Touramit is run by Rakesh Joshi and we are based at the home of Mrs Naina Pant. The address is 343-D, Pocket-II in Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main roads of Delhi. We aren't a big company with a huge office; it’s more of a personal setup where we plan trips for people. Mayur Vihar is a nice place to be, with lots of trees and families living around. We spend our time looking at travel brochures and booking things online. Rakesh is usually the one talking to the customers while we handle the rest of the details. It feels more like a family thing than a big corporation. We take our time with each person who calls us. Sometimes we sit in the living area and discuss the new tour packages we want to offer. The space is comfortable and it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We have our computers and printers set up and that’s about it. People who know us usually just drop by or give us a call to talk about where they want to go for their holidays. It is a simple way of doing business and we like it that way. We don't have to worry about big overheads or fancy decorations. We just focus on making sure the trips we plan actually work out for the people who trust us.
