We operate out of A-164 in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the noise from the market is something you just get used to after a week or two. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some maps pinned to the walls that have seen better days. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking down bookings for people who want to get out of the city for a bit. Lajpat Nagar is a great spot because it’s so central, though finding a place to leave your scooter near the building is always a struggle for us. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, mostly helping folks figure out where they want to go without making it too complicated. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer when it jams again. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical work area where we keep track of itineraries and bus timings. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the summer, and we just open the windows and keep at it. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because the street layout is a bit of a maze, and we don't mind helping out. It’s just how things go in this neighborhood. We keep it simple and just focus on the work we have for the day.
