Tour Operator

We are located at G/16 in Vishnu Garden, which is a busy little corner of New Delhi. As a tour operator, you might expect us to have a big flashy office, but we’ve kept things very simple. Our space is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop their heads in. Inside, it’s mostly just us, some old computers, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time talking to hotels and transport people. It’s not a glamorous job, despite being about travel. It involves a lot of waiting on hold and double-checking dates. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and paperwork, but we know where everything is. Vishnu Garden is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We don't have a uniform or a strict corporate policy. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the itineraries right. We have a small table where we sit to have tea and discuss the day’s tasks. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the people who use our services have a good trip. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward business in a hardworking part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work properly.
