Tour Operator

We are the Tour Operator team located over at B.V.B on K.G. Marg. It is a pretty well-known spot in the heart of the city. We’ve been running things from this location for quite a few years. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us who know the roads and the sites around here. We don’t have a massive storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a desk and a couple of chairs where we can sit and talk about where people want to go. K.G. Marg is always busy, so there is a lot of noise outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days arranging cars, talking to drivers, and making sure people get to the airport or the train station on time. It can be stressful when the traffic is bad, but that’s just life in Delhi. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy website and a million employees. We are just local people who know how to get around. We try to be honest about how long things take and what things cost. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them right away. People come to us because we are right here on the Marg and we know the area. We just want to keep doing our work and helping people see the city without making it a big deal. Most of our customers are repeat visitors or people who heard about us from a friend, which is how we like it.
