Tour Executive

We've been at B-138 in Pandav Nagar for a while now. If you head up to the 4th floor, that is where our desks are. It’s not a huge place, just enough space for us to handle tour bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. New Delhi-92 is where we call home. Most days it’s just us answering phones and looking at flight schedules or hotel lists for folks. Sometimes the elevator is slow so we take the stairs. It is a busy part of the city but we like it here. People come in to ask about trips, and we try to get things sorted out as clearly as we can. There isn't any fancy decor, just maps and folders everywhere. We started this because we know how to get around and wanted to help others do the same without too much fuss. Pandav Nagar has a lot of energy, and being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street noise below. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from families to solo people. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave at once. We just sit here and do the paperwork. It is honest work and we have been at it for some time. We keep the office open pretty regular hours, and there is usually someone around to answer a question or print a ticket if the printer is behaving that day.
