Tour Cordinator

We run our operations from G-98/4 in Laxmi Park, which is right in the Nangloi area of New Delhi. As a Tour Cordinator, the office is basically a hub of maps, schedules, and phone chargers. We are located in 110041, and if you know Nangloi, you know it’s a real, lived-in part of the city. Our office is small and tucked away, but it’s where all the planning for trips and bus routes happens. We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront in a mall. It’s just a few of us making sure that the buses show up on time and the hotels actually have the bookings we sent over. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire goes flat or a road is closed, and we have to scramble to fix it from our desks here. It can be stressful, but we like the challenge of making things work out for people. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the mobile. The office is usually a bit of a mess with flyers and notebooks, but we know where everything is. We just want to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a basic, no-nonsense setup and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next trip.
