Tour & Travel Co.

The office is over at Nirman Apartments, specifically unit 329, in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It is registered under Lalendra Kumar in care of Nivash Sharma. Because it is in an apartment complex, it doesn't feel like a standard commercial office at all. You have to go through the main gate and find the right block, which sometimes confuses people who haven't been here before. This Tour & Travel Co. operation is run out of a few rooms that we’ve filled with desks and maps. There are always stacks of brochures on the table and old train schedules that we probably should throw away but never do. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The apartment is lived-in, and it has that feeling of a place where a lot of thinking and planning happens. We don't have a big neon sign outside or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We spend the day talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best ways to get them there. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we like the quiet of being in a residential building. It feels more personal this way. We just do our bit to help people with their travels from our little setup in New Delhi-91. It is mostly just us and the computers.
