Our office is located in the Hi-Tech Apartment building over in Shalimar Garden Extension II. We've been in Sahiababd for a while now, working out of unit A-127/104. Shipping stuff across India involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls to truck drivers. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic around Ghazaiabad, but we stay on top of things as much as we can. Total Shipping India Private Limited started with just two people and a landline. Now there’s a few more of us squeezed into the apartment. We handle a lot of boxes and crates, making sure everything is labeled right. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once. The apartment isn't exactly a warehouse, but it works for the admin side of the business. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, even when the desk gets buried under delivery notes. Being in Shalimar Garden is handy because it’s a good spot for getting around. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It's just a regular business, nothing too flashy. We just want to make sure the packages get where they need to go without too much trouble. If the elevator is working, it’s a quick trip up to see us. We’re usually here until late most evenings making sure the morning pickups are all ready to go.
