Top Travels

Top Travels is tucked away at Lp-113 in Pitampura. It’s not a very large space, just enough for a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the computer. New Delhi can be a chaotic place to run a business, and Pitampura is no exception. Most of our day is spent on the phone or clicking through websites trying to find the right trains or flights for people. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the booking systems crash, and we just have to sit there and wait it out with the customer. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know the regulars who come in whenever they need to visit family or go on a small trip. It’s not all luxury holidays; a lot of it is just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We have piles of brochures and old calendars on the walls. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us answering questions and printing out tickets. Sometimes it gets loud when a few families come in at once, but we just handle it one by one. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. No big logos, just a lot of talk about travel and tickets.
