Our office is tucked into Gali Number 5A in Ranjit Nagar. If you know Patel Nagar, you know these streets can be a bit narrow and confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot in New Delhi for quite some time. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people always on the move. We handle travel stuff, which means our day is mostly spent on the computer or the phone. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s just a regular place in a regular street where we do our work. We see a lot of locals coming in to ask about train tickets or flights. Sometimes the street gets so loud with the horns and the market nearby that we have to close the door just to hear ourselves think. We don't try to act like we are some big international corporation. We are just a local business trying to make things work in a competitive city. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right for whoever is traveling. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but Gali 5A stays pretty much the same. We like it here because it feels real and connected to the people. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, without any big fuss. It is a lot of checking schedules and waiting for confirmations, but we stay at it until it is done.
