If you are looking for us at X-40, you have to go all the way to the third floor. Make sure you head to the back side of the building, otherwise you’ll end up at the wrong door. We’ve been set up here in New Delhi for a good bit now. It’s a bit of a climb, but the office has a decent view of the street. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and tour itineraries on our screens. Sometimes the internet acts up, which makes things a bit slow, but we manage. It’s just a small team of us working here. We handle a lot of bookings and travel arrangements for people going all over. The stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though by Friday the desks are covered in sticky notes. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted for our clients. People usually call us first, then come by to pick up their papers or pay for their trips. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to do our work right from this little spot in 110008. Most days are busy with phone calls and emails back and forth. It’s steady work and we try to stay on top of the changes in travel rules.
