Top Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd is based in Malviya Nagar at B-455, P.T.S. Colony. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for quite a few years now. The office is tucked away in the colony, which is actually a nice change from the really loud main roads. We spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and trying to figure out the best ways for people to get around. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we enjoy it when a trip comes together. Malviya Nagar is a great spot because it’s central and everyone knows it. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us here who know the travel business. We keep our files in old folders and use a lot of sticky notes to remember things. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't try to sound like a big corporate travel firm. We’re just local people helping other people travel. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to confirm a booking, but we always get it done eventually. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and talking on the phone. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we like it that way. We just keep doing what we do from our little corner in P.T.S. Colony.
