Today Capital Services, or Flightcatchers.Com as most people know us, is run out of Gharonda Apartments. We are at D-25 in Shreshtha Vihar, which is a residential part of New Delhi. It’s a bit different from a typical office building because we are in an apartment complex. It makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed, though we are still very busy. We deal with a lot of travel-related stuff, so there’s always a phone ringing or an email popping up. We’ve been in Shreshtha Vihar for a while now and it’s a nice enough area to be in. It's quieter than the main markets, which helps us focus. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s just us and our computers in a regular room. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello, which is nice. We aren't a massive travel agency with a dozen branches. It’s a smaller setup where we all know what's happening. The apartment vibe means it’s not too stiff or formal. We just get on with the bookings and the planning. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we’ve learned to deal with the little glitches. We’ve made this space work for us over the years. It’s honest work and we try to keep things organized despite the constant stream of requests. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here. It isn't perfect, but it works for what we do.
