Our branch is located in Gorakhpur, specifically in the Chitraguptpuram area of Semra Number 1. We are situated at the location of Late R.C. Dubey in Charagawan. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but the location works out fine for what we do. We are part of Tnt India. This office is the place where we manage the local logistics and all the delivery routes for the area. It is a humble setup. We do not have any big flashy signs or bright lights. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of logbooks to keep track of everything. The area here is fairly quiet compared to the noise in the middle of town, which we actually prefer. It gives us the space to think and get the delivery scheduling right. Dealing with transport means things can change very quickly. A truck might get stuck in traffic or a package might need to go on a different route. We just handle those problems as they come up. The staff here are all local people from Gorakhpur. We know the roads and all the little shortcuts around the Charagawan area. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just want to make sure the parcels get to the right houses. We talk to the drivers a lot and usually have tea together before they start their engines.
