We are based in Imphal, Manipur, at a place called Takhel Leikai on Sega Road. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities in other parts of India. Our office is quite simple and sits among residential houses and local shops. We handle relationship-based services, which basically means we talk to a lot of people and try to help them out with their requirements. It’s a small team here, mostly people who have lived in Manipur all their lives. We don't have a lot of fancy technology or a big, polished office. Our desks are old and the chairs are just okay, but they serve the purpose. The pace of life on Sega Road is a bit slower, which we actually like. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We know almost everyone who walks past our door. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have any big marketing plans or glossy brochures to hand out. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have been told about us by their friends. We just try to be honest and do a good job for the people who trust us. It’s a modest living, but it’s our own. We open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. It’s just a normal part of life here in this corner of Imphal.
