You have to come up to the third floor at M-46 in Sriniwaspuri to find us. Tlc Relationship Management is tucked away near the Arya Samaj Mandir, which is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, which is fine until it gets really hot in June. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of files. The sound of the temple nearby is something we’ve all gotten used to over the years. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a spot for a scooter can be a real pain some mornings. We deal with people and their accounts all day long. It’s mostly about talking to people and trying to sort things out. We aren't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a few of us in a room getting things done. We usually have the windows open when the weather allows, and you can hear the kids playing or the cars honking on the street below. Sometimes we order in lunch from the place downstairs. It’s a very local way of working. We’ve been at this New Delhi address for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized and keep the work moving along. We just take it one day at a time.
