Tivoli Grand

Our office for Tivoli Grand is actually located inside Sunshine Apartment, specifically at A 3/16 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style building in New Delhi, but it works for us. The 110063 area is quite lively, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of our time coordinating events and handling the bookings that come through. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a huge lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or going through the mail. We’ve been here in Paschim Vihar for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people move into the apartments nearby. Sometimes the parking can be a real headache for visitors, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy scripts for us. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their event details sorted out. It can be stressful when a big date is coming up, but we just take it one task at a time. The office is filled with files and old notes, which might look messy to some, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure the schedules are lined up correctly. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has served us well for many years.
