Ticketing

We call ourselves Ticketing, and we operate out of C-72 in Hari Nagar. It’s a straightforward name for a straightforward business. We basically sit in our office in New Delhi and handle travel tickets for people. It’s not a complicated setup. We have a few computers, a reliable internet connection (most of the time), and a lot of pens that seem to go missing. Hari Nagar is a decent area to work in, and we’ve been at this location for a few years now. The office is pretty small, so we’ve had to get creative with where we put our files and boxes. It’s a lot of repetitive work, clicking through screens and confirming dates. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to people on the phone and try to get their bookings right. Sometimes there are mistakes, and we spend the afternoon fixing them. That’s just life. We aren't some huge global agency; we’re just a small team in a local neighborhood. We like the local food stalls nearby, and that’s where you’ll find us during the lunch hour most days. We don't make big promises about being the best in the business. We just do the ticketing work and hope the systems don't crash. It’s a regular job for regular people, and we’re fine with that. We just keep things moving.
