Ticketing Executive

We are located at House Number 72 in Ward 4 of Mehrauli, Delhi. This isn't a typical business district, but it is where we do our ticketing work. Being in an older part of the city means the lanes are a bit narrow and the atmosphere is very local. We operate out of a regular house, which makes the whole thing feel much more personal. When people from the neighborhood need a ticket for the bus, train, or even a flight, they know they can just walk over and talk to us. We don't have any marketing materials or a big website to manage. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and neighbors. We sit at our desks, check the availability on the computer, and try to find the best options for whoever is standing in front of us. Sometimes we have to wait for the power to come back on or for the system to stop lagging, but that is just how it goes here. We’ve been part of this community in Ward 4 for a long time. Our setup is simple: a couple of chairs, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of local knowledge. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just here to help people get their travel sorted out in a way that is easy and local. It’s a modest way to work, but it suits us.
