Ticketing Executive

I work out of C-50 in Rajgarh Colony. It's right on Street No-6, easy to miss if you aren't looking for the small sign. Mostly I just handle tickets. It's not a huge operation with a lobby or anything fancy. It is just me and a couple of computers here in Gandhi Nagar. People come by when they need a train or a flight fixed up. Delhi is crowded, so I try to make this part of the trip easier for the neighbors who don't want to deal with the internet themselves. I've lived around here for years. The office isn't much, just a desk and some chairs, but it works for what we do. I don't like all the fancy talk you see on websites. I just book the seat and give you the printout. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is in this part of town. My family lives nearby too. I started doing this because I knew how to use the booking systems better than most people in the colony. Now I do it all day long. It’s a steady job. If you are walking down Street No-6, you will see the door. Just knock. Usually, I'm here from morning until the evening. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside it’s okay for working.
