You can find us at C-125 in West Vinod Nagar. It is a pretty standard spot in Delhi 110092. We handle tickets for just about everything you can think of. Most of the time, we are just sitting here at our desks, answering the phone or helping someone who walked in off the street. It isn’t the most glamorous job in the world, but people need tickets to get places, so we stay busy. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit and know a lot of the folks who live around here. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a booking system crashes, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just life in a small office. We do not have any big slogans or anything. We just sell the tickets and make sure the names are spelled right on all the forms. It is funny how much paperwork goes into just getting someone on a bus or a plane these days. We try to keep things straightforward for everyone. If a price goes up, we tell you. If a trip is full, we look for another one that works. There is no magic to it, just staying organized and keeping track of the schedules. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets crowded if too many people walk in at once. But we manage just fine. We are just regular people.
