You can find our office at B 318, right by the Clock Tower in Hari Nagar. This part of New Delhi has a lot of history and the clock tower is a landmark everyone knows. We work out of this space, focusing on elevators and the parts that go with them. It is a functional office with some desks, a few cabinets for blueprints, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. Our technicians are often in and out, carrying toolkits and wearing their work gear. They spend most of their time at different sites across the city, so the office is mostly for the administrative side of things. We have a small area where we keep spare parts and components that need to be checked. The floor is made of simple tiles that are easy to clean because people are always walking in with dusty shoes. We drink a lot of tea during the day to stay sharp while we manage the schedules. The office isn't very large, but we have organized it so that everyone has enough room to work on their laptops. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings when we plan out the week. We just try to keep everything running smoothly from this Hari Nagar location, making sure the paperwork is done and the calls are answered. It is a solid, straightforward place where we get the work done without much fuss.
