We’ve got our office set up at 116/D 3 here in New Delhi. It is a bit of an interesting spot for an earth-moving company, as we aren't actually out in the dirt every day at this specific location. This is where we handle the paperwork and the planning side of things. It is a small space, and sometimes it feels even smaller when we have all our files and blueprints out on the desks. We are a private company, but we don't have those slick glass walls or expensive chairs. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve had for years. It’s comfortable and it works for us. We spend our days looking at project maps and talking to the crews on site. It can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused, or really loud when the phones start ringing all at once. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We just want to make sure the machines are where they need to be. The address is easy enough to find if you are in the area. We’ve been based in Delhi for a long time, and it’s just where we feel at home. There’s always a kettle going for tea, and usually some biscuits around if someone brought them in. It’s a basic office for people who do real, heavy work. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs without making a big fuss about it.
