Three Brix E Services Pvt Ltd. has an office in Sector 15, Noida, right at A-152. It is a pretty familiar part of the city for anyone who spends time in this sector. We have been in this building for a while now, and it feels like a second home to most of the staff. It’s not one of those shiny glass towers you see in the newer parts of Noida, but it serves us just fine. Inside, things are mostly busy with people working on their computers. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and usually, there is some conversation going on about what to eat for lunch. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars and bikes, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet acts up or a light bulb flickers, and we just fix it and keep going. It is a very normal office environment without any of the corporate jargon or stiff rules you might find elsewhere. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Most of the people here live nearby, so there is a bit of a local feel to the place. We don’t really have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number carefully. It is just a regular group of people trying to do a good job while sitting in a standard Noida office block.
