THPL is tucked away in Noida, specifically in Sector 29. We are at house number 850 in Arun Vihar. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly retired folks and a lot of greenery. It is a very calm place to work compared to the rest of Noida. Our office is basically part of the house. We have set up everything we need to run the business right here. 201303 is the area code. We don't have a big neon sign or a glass front. It looks just like any other home on the street from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story with all the equipment and desks squeezed in. We have a small backyard where we sometimes sit to talk about work. It is a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just focus on what needs to be done. Being in Arun Vihar means we are close to the Metro and the local markets, which makes things easy. Most of our work is done via email and calls anyway. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s comfortable and quiet. There is a sense of community here that you don't find in the big office towers. We just go about our business quietly and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about anything.
