You can find us at 355-A, Pkt-Ii in Phase-I of Mayur Vihar, Delhi 110091. This is where the Thomascook team works from. It is a busy little pocket of the city. We have been here for some time now, and we know the local tea sellers and the shop owners pretty well. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak seasons, but we just take it one day at a time. The street outside can get crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We don’t really go for those polished brochures or big promises. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the papers are in order. Some of us have been working here for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It is just a regular Delhi office where real people are working. We deal with the usual stuff like slow internet or the heat in the summer months. There is nothing fancy about it, just honest work being done every day in Mayur Vihar. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
