We've been at the Nagin Lake Apartments for a while now. Most people know us from the sign out on the Outer Ring Road. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, but once you come up to number 74, things get a bit quieter. We handle a lot of travel stuff, money exchange, and tickets every day. Usually, someone is here by nine in the morning unless the traffic is really bad. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and computers, but we get the job done. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about flights or how to get a visa for their next trip. We try to keep track of all the paperwork, though it gets messy on the desks sometimes. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of documents. Haryana isn't too far, but being right here on the Ring Road makes it easy for folks to drop by on their way to work. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. If you need to sort out some travel plans or just need some cash exchanged, we’re usually around. The coffee machine in the corner works most of the time, so that helps us through the long afternoons. It's just a regular office life here, keeping things moving for whoever walks through the door. We don't have any big corporate slogans, just desks and phones.
