Our office is tucked away in Wz 96 Chowkhandi Extn, right in the Tilak Nagar area of New Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it is a bit of a maze sometimes, but we have been at this spot for a good while. The pin code is 110018 if you are trying to find us on a map. We are not a big, shiny glass building. It is more of a local spot where we sit and handle travel stuff all day. The desks are a bit old and the computers hum quite a bit when it gets hot in the summer. Tilak Nagar is always moving, so there is usually a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We drink a lot of tea while we work through bookings and talk to people. Sometimes it gets crowded inside when a few families come in at once, but we just pull up extra chairs. It is just a regular workplace with regular people doing their jobs. We do not go in for big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start the day. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a break. It is a busy part of Delhi but we like the energy of it. People around here know us as the place at Wz 96. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and phone calls.
