Thomas Cook

You can find us on the second floor at 8A/92 in the West Extension Area. It’s right near the border where New Delhi meets Haryana, so the address gets a bit confusing for some delivery drivers. We have been in this spot for a while now. Working at Thomas Cook involves a lot of looking at maps and checking flight schedules all day. The office has big windows but the view is just the street and some trees. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the fans going. We aren't a huge group here, just a few people who know their way around a booking system. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We don't have any fancy posters or a lobby that looks like a hotel. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of brochures that need filing. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers get shuffled around. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are mostly quiet. We go out for samosas in the afternoon when we need a break from the screens. It is just a normal office doing normal work every day. No one here wears a suit unless there is a specific reason, we just dress for the weather and the day.
