Thomas Cook

We are located in New Delhi, right in the middle of everything. Thomas Cook is a name everyone knows, but our office here is just a busy place with a lot of people asking about travel. The city is always noisy and the heat can be quite something in the summer. We don't have a specific fancy building to brag about; we just work out of a standard space in Delhi. It is filled with brochures and maps that are a bit outdated. There is always a phone ringing or someone asking about a visa. It can be quite chaotic on Mondays. We are just a group of people trying to help other people get to where they want to go. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the shoes coming in and out. We drink too much coffee and talk about the weather a lot. New Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic, but we are right here in the thick of it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a lot of work to do. It is an honest, busy office in India. We don't try to be anything we are not. There are desks everywhere and piles of paper that we need to sort through. It is just a regular job for us and we do it every day without needing any big titles or fancy offices.
