Our place is located at Bunglow 141 in New Delhi. It’s one of those older spots that has seen a lot of things change in the city over the years. Being in a bungalow gives it a bit of a different feel than a modern office building, though we still have all the usual stuff inside like printers and desks. We spend our days dealing with currency, travel bookings, and people asking about where they should go for their next holiday. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking dates. The 110045 area is where we spend most of our time, and the staff here has been around for a bit. We don’t really go for all that high-end marketing talk because, at the end of the day, we are just here to help people get their trips organized. Sometimes the office gets crowded when everyone decides to travel at the same time, like during the summer or school holidays. We just take it one person at a time. It’s a simple setup at Thomas Cook India. You won’t find anything too flashy, just a group of people who know how to handle travel logistics. We’ve got the regular Delhi bustle right outside our gates. It’s a steady job, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city and the needs of the folks who walk through our door every day looking for some help with their plans.
