Thomas Cook India Ltd has this branch over at Up-16 in Maurya Enclave. If you're familiar with Pitampura, you know it’s a busy place to be. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is where people come when they’re thinking about a trip or need to sort out some foreign exchange. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big polished lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we work. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking rates and schedules. It’s not always the most exciting work, but we like helping people figure out their plans. Pitampura has its own energy, and we’re used to the noise and the crowds outside. Inside, we just try to keep things organized. We don't believe in using a lot of marketing fluff. We just tell it like it is. If a flight is delayed or a rate changes, we just say so. It’s about being honest and getting the job done. We’ve been at this spot for a while, so we know a lot of the families in Maurya Enclave. They stop in to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s nice to have that local connection. We’re just here doing our thing, day in and day out. It's a busy life here in Delhi.
