Our office is located over in Sector 15 of Noida. Even though the name says New Delhi, we are right here in the Noida area which is quite convenient for a lot of people living around here. We handle travel stuff all day long. People come in wanting to book flights or sort out their foreign exchange before they go on a trip. It is a lot of looking at screens and checking prices. Sector 15 is a busy part of town, so we get a good amount of foot traffic. We have desks set up for different services and we just take people as they come in. Sometimes it’s just one person looking for a quick currency swap, and other times it’s a whole family trying to figure out a vacation. We have to stay updated on all the rules and paperwork, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office has a functional feel to it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide the travel services people need. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know how to handle the busy periods. It’s a regular nine-to-five kind of place where we deal with a lot of documents and phone calls to get everything sorted out for travelers. We just try to make the process as simple as possible for everyone.
