You can find us at House No. 22, Block-14 in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a typical residential block that we’ve used for our office operations. We aren’t in one of those huge malls; we’re right in the middle of the local community. We spend our days helping people plan their trips, whether it’s for a holiday or for work. The office is always full of travel magazines, visa forms, and people asking about flight timings. It’s a bit of a tight space, and the desks are usually covered in papers. Since we are in Subhash Nagar, it’s always lively outside with the sounds of the market and people passing by. We have a small team of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy language with our customers. We just explain the costs and the schedules as they are. Sometimes the computers are slow, especially when we’re trying to book something last minute. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. The office has a very lived-in feel, with some old posters of world destinations that have started to fade. We just focus on getting the tickets right and making sure everyone has their paperwork in order before they head out. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one customer at a time and try to stay organized.
