Thomas Cook (I) Ltd

Our office is situated at 2710/13 South Patel Nagar in Delhi. We have been here for a while now, handling travel arrangements and other related tasks for the people who come in. Being Thomas Cook (I) Ltd, we have a lot of different things to keep track of, from tickets to currency exchange. The office is not very big, and it can get a bit crowded when a few people arrive at the same time. We have our desks set up and there are always papers everywhere. It is a busy part of the city, so the 110008 area is always humming with noise. We don’t have any special decorations, just the usual office stuff like computers and printers. We spend most of the day on the phone or talking to customers across the desk. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for it to come back, which is just part of how it goes. We try to be direct with people about their travel plans. If a flight is full, we tell them. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We just do our jobs and then head home. It is a steady pace of work. We like being in Patel Nagar because it is easy for people to find us. It’s a practical location for a business like this, and we have gotten used to the noise and the crowds outside. It’s just work.
