Our office for Thomas Cook I Ltd is tucked away in the Surya Apartments, specifically at 4-C in Sector-13. It’s a quiet part of Rohini, and we’ve been operating from here for a good few years now. The space is mostly just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of travel details, from flight tickets to currency exchange, but we do it in a very low-key way. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a practical office in Delhi-110085. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or waiting for the computer to load. Sometimes the apartment complex gets a bit busy with people coming and going, but our corner stays mostly peaceful. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through passport copies and visa forms. It’s a lot of paper, and things can get a bit cluttered on the desks when it's busy.
