You can find us at 73-C, in Pocket I of Dilshad Garden. Being in East Delhi, we are in a very settled, residential area. This Thomas Cook office is where we handle a lot of the travel arrangements for people living in the neighborhood. The office isn't very big, just a couple of rooms with some chairs for people to sit while we look up their flights or holiday packages. It gets quite busy on the weekends when families come in to talk about their trips. Dilshad Garden is a quiet place for the most part, though the traffic near the main roads can be a bit much. Our pocket is tucked away enough that it stays fairly calm. We have been here for a while, so the locals know us and where to find us. We don't have any of those big fancy displays you see in the malls. It’s just a desk, a computer, and a lot of brochures scattered around. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor tile is slightly cracked in the corner, but it doesn’t stop us from getting the jobs done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the head office or different airlines trying to fix dates. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right for things to work. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily stack.
