You can find us at R-Z B-32 in Dabri Ext. East, which is part of the New Delhi-45 area. Thomas Cook (I) Ltd has been around for a long time, and this is where we do our bit of the work. It’s a regular neighborhood office, nothing too flashy or corporate about it. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about their travel plans or to sort out foreign exchange and things like that. The office gets a bit crowded on some days, and we might have papers scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy life here in Dabri Extension. We aren't a big glass building in a fancy business park; we are right here among the local shops and houses. The staff here are just regular people who have been doing this for years. We know the ins and outs of travel because we deal with it every single day. Sometimes the computers are slow or we have to wait on hold for a long time, but that’s just part of the job. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone. There’s no need for complicated talk when you’re just trying to get from one place to another. We just show up, do the work, and help out the people in our community as best as we can.
