You can find us in Vijay Nagar, which is in the northern part of Delhi. We are at B-39, which is a single-storey building. It is a bit different from the big multi-storey offices you see in other parts of the city. Being in Vijay Nagar means we are surrounded by students and people living in PGs because the university is so close by. The street can get very crowded with rickshaws and students walking to class. Our office feels more like a house because of the single-storey layout. We have desks set up in different rooms. It is a bit of a maze with all the files and folders we keep. We spend our time helping people figure out their travel plans and sorting out visas. It is a lot of talking on the phone and checking computer screens. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. Usually, people just sit on whatever chair is free while we talk. The neighborhood is full of energy and there is always good street food available just outside the door. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. It gets really hot in the summer, but we have a couple of air conditioners that try their best to keep us cool. It is just a hardworking spot where we try to stay on top of all the travel details.
