We are located at 173 Sukhdev Vihar in New Delhi. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. The building is a standard house that we use for our operations. Sukhdev Vihar is mostly residential, so the atmosphere is generally calm and quiet throughout the day. We have been at this address for quite some time now. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of documents. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts. Instead, everyone has their own little corner or room where they get their work done. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just the number 173. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. The office can get a bit chilly in the winter, so we all bring in sweaters. In the summer, the air conditioners are always running full blast to keep the heat away. We just go about our business in a steady way. There are no big meetings or long speeches here. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home in the evening like everyone else in the neighborhood.
