Thegrandsartaj is based out of Db-83C in Hari Nagar. Vikas Verma and the rest of us run things from here. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of the Hari Nagar community for a long time. This isn’t a massive corporate chain. It’s more of a personal setup where we know the neighbors and the local shops. The building itself is just like the others on the street. We spend our days managing the property and making sure everything is in order for whoever is staying or using the space. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or we have to paint a room because it’s looking a bit worn out. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a place and try to keep it clean. Hari Nagar can be quite busy, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We do our own maintenance mostly and handle the bookings as they come in. It’s a lot of practical work, like changing lightbulbs and making sure the water is running. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for years. If things are a bit dusty or the gate squeaks, we just fix it when we can. We are just a small group of people working together every day.
