The Yum Yum Tree

Our place is called The Yum Yum Tree. We are located right in Munirika Village, at House Number 245. If you know Delhi-57, you know Munirika is a bit of a maze with all the narrow lanes and houses squeezed together. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a lively area with lots of students and people from all over living nearby. The house is just a regular building, and we’ve set up our business inside. It’s not like a big restaurant with a neon sign, more of a local spot that people in the village know about. We handle food and cooking here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders going out. The kitchen is always busy. Being in a village area like this means everyone knows everyone. It’s not very quiet, there’s always someone talking or a scooter passing by the door. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the cooking done. The address H.No. 245 is easy to find if you ask the local shopkeepers. We just focus on making the food and getting it out. It’s a lot of hard work and the days are long. But it’s our own thing. New Delhi-57 is a busy place to be, and we are just glad to have our little spot here in Munirika.
