The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

Our place is out here in Sohna, specifically at H.N.2431/1 near Jawahar Colony. It’s a bit of a drive to get to us, especially when you are coming from the main parts of Faridabad, but once you get near the Air Force Road, it starts to feel a bit more open. The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa is a big operation, but really it is just a bunch of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is hot and nobody wants to be outside. We spend a lot of time checking on the rooms and making sure the spa area is ready for whoever shows up. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices you see on TV. We deal with real stuff like leaky pipes or the grass growing too fast after the rain. Most of the staff comes from the nearby colonies, so we all know each other pretty well. We don’t really go in for those big speeches about missions or anything like that. We just want to make sure the guests have what they need and that the place doesn't fall apart. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Between managing the pool and the dining areas, there is never a minute where someone isn’t asking for something. We just take it one day at a time here, and we try to keep the grounds looking decent despite the dust.
